website security?

Hi, I’m designing a website, a website that has to do with business, buying and selling ad offering services for example.
so i want people to actually *TRUST* the website while doing business and while paying money using ‘credit card’ or ‘paypal’ or other kinds of payment.
what kind of security should i get for that website?? I checked Verisign but didn’t know which one is the ideal one for my purpose. which one should i get?? can you recommend some??

I live in the us. I don’t have a webhost yet but I am willing to pay the $60 a month. I have used coffecup before can you make a shopping cart with it and sell stuff?
